New WIP...not long now.

After a bit of a lull in progress the new sculpts are back on track. Just heads, a few details and some sleeves left to do then it's off to the casters.

First up is Zeke, the smart zombie, again. Sleeves, face and gun details to go...and his fly. Do not let me forget to sculpt his fly.

Next is a thus far unamed merc with AA-12 shotgun. Miscellaneous details, a head and belt is all that's left.

Last but not least, we have another faceless/nameless survivor. This guy is special as his gun (you can see it in the background there...kind of) will be cast separately. So all you enterprising modellers out there can easily drop a different weapon in there. No extra work and I'm being as thorough as I can, trying different weapons from my own collection, to make it as universal as possible.

All told, it shouldn't take more than a week to get these finished so they should be released before Summer.
As always, any feedback welcome.

  2. Thanks, Adam. He's developed pretty organically. I had initially planned on doing a kind of redneck zed but as Zeke came along I opted for the US Marine look instead. Proof that Marines don't die, they just go to hell and regroup.

  3. Very cool indeed ! There are redneck zeds enough outthere. We need punks goths and belieber zeds ! Hehe.... the survivor with seperate weapon is a great idea. So is the aa shotgun

    1. Cheers, Johnny. I will get around to doing more zeds at some point but will probably focus on the more specialised types (ragers, smarties etc) as the market is so thick with great sculpts already. Maybe some ragers with disdendend frontal lobes.

  4. Awesome love the AA-12 shotgun toting merc. There was folks after that sort of gun on the Lead Adventure forum.

Fungal headed type zombies would be quite popular ala The Last of Us.

    1. Thank you, Simon. That's the sort of idea I might play around with I'd like them to line up nicely with All Things Zombie too. However, I think it's important to make them visually distinguishable from standard zeds using more than the arbitrary "running" pose. I do love the fungus heads though.
